A native of southern California, Chad grew up on a 1,000 cow dairy in Chino. He owned and operated a dairy in partnership with his brother in Royal, NE, until 2002, when he chose to pursue his consulting engineer career, specializing in dairy and building design. Chad provided support in permitting for dairy buildings, dairy ponds, general development and drainage at the county, air district, and water board level for a company located in Visalia, CA. He joined AGPROfessionals in 2011. Chad earned his B.S. in Ag Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
