Josh Odén is an associate attorney at the firm. His practice focuses on water law, natural resources law, and environmental law.
Josh completed his J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he earned a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. Additionally, Josh participated in the University of Denver Water Law Review during all three years of law school, serving as a staff editor, articles editor, and production editor. Josh was a member of the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Society, the Land Use Law Society, and the DU Ambassadors program, and was a teaching assistant for a first-year property course during his second year. Josh clerked with Burns, Figa & Will during the summer after his second year of law school and during his third year prior to becoming an associate.
