Elijah Jimmerson is an associate attorney at the Firm. His practice covers water law, natural resources law, and corporate law.
Elijah completed his J.D. at the University of Colorado Law School, where he earned certificates in Natural Resources Law and Tax Law. Throughout law school, Elijah worked in various natural resources positions, gaining experience at the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, Newmont Mining, and a Denver water law firm. Elijah also participated in the Natural Resources and Environmental Law Clinic at CU Law, focusing on the regulation of uranium and thorium byproduct material. Before joining the Firm, Elijah worked in Tax Controversy, assisting in the representation of clients before the IRS.
