We are an 1800 acre, USDA certified organic farm and ranch located on the Western Slope in Silt, CO. With our close-knit team we harbor a family farm dynamic while achieving a wholesale production scale. We maintain a year round production schedule focused on growing the healthiest, most flavorful fruits and vegetables in our lush fields and state of the art greenhouses. For the 2016 season we will also offer certified organic hay and alfalfa for sale. Exit 94 off I-70. Drive south (Mamm Creek Road) 1.25 miles. Left to Eagle Springs Ranch Road, up hill and follow Eagle Springs Organic signs to the large greenhouse.
Greenhouse, on-farm/ranch sales: asparagus, beets, bell peppers, cantaloupe, carrots, chile peppers, chiles - roasted, cucumbers, eggplant, garlic, grapes, green beans, leeks, lettuce, okra, onions, pumpkins, raspberries, spinach, squash, strawberries, tomatoes, turnips, watermelon, zucchini, eggs. Beef, lamb, pork, goat, poultry (frozen, whole, half, quarter, retail packages available). USDA-inspected processing available. Animals are fed certified organic feed with access to pasture.
