Pattie is a founding partner of the Firm, and practices in the Firm’s litigation department. She is an accomplished trial lawyer with broad experience litigating a variety of complex commercial disputes, including commercial fraud, real estate lending, partner and shareholder disputes and eminent domain cases. She has successfully argued many appeals in both Colorado and Federal Appellate Courts.

Pattie has particular expertise with False Claims Act Qui Tam cases. She obtained two separate jury verdicts for a large Colorado corporation in a case involving claimed damages and penalties of over $1 billion. Throughout her career, Pattie has been heavily involved in complex eminent domain cases, both at the strategic level and at trial. She has tried cases to both commissioners and juries. Pattie was integrally involved in the representation of the landowner in an eminent domain case where the jury awarded the largest condemnation award in Colorado history.
