Gary Greer has represented numerous clients in the minerals industry in a variety of business transactions, ranging from the acquisition of both private and public lands for mining purposes, to the formation of entities for conducting operations, to operational issues, to the closure of depleted mines. He has also advised industry clients on environmental matters and assisted in environmental permitting. His water law practice has included the adjudication of surface and underground water rights and the use and transfer of water rights for municipal, agricultural, mining, and recreational uses, including the application of water rights to artificial snowmaking operations and to instream recreational uses.
