Jeff founded The Cohen Law Firm, P.C. in 2003 with a strong desire to help individuals and their businesses attain their financial goals. Jeff’s practice includes estate planning and probate administration for individuals and their families, business formation and succession planning and tax consulting. Jeff also specializes in tax controversy services which includes representation of business and individual clients in from of a variety of taxing authorities.
Jeff draws on his many years of tax experience to help business clients with everything from selecting the right entity to navigating complex business transactions. His tax background also gives him a unique perspective on estate planning as he looks at the whole picture of financial well-being for his clients as well as protecting their legacies for loved ones.
